Examples around the web: Focusing on Benefits Not Features
It is easier to sell your product when the customer knows and understands how it will benefit them.

There’s a phenomenon in advertising called Client’s Disease. Every client is in love with his own product. The mistake he makes is believing that, because he loves it, everyone else will too. Well they don’t….
Your potential customers are so busy dealing with the rest of their lives, they haven’t got a spare second to give to your product/work of art/business, no matter how worthy or how much you love it.
Here’s what u need to write
1) Reduce your message to its simplest, clearest, easiest-to-understand form.
2) Make it fun. Or sexy or interesting or informative.
3) Apply that to all forms of writing or art or commerce.

25 years of shouting out loud “FREE THE SOURCE” on the streets walking naked, 25 years is a long time till now not many trust the open source they would rather turn to closed source, that’s unbelievable till now…
In my country we haven’t adapted the open source phenomenon throughly, we still have doubts on it, sometimes the reason is, that if you use close source then it fails you have company to blame, if you use open source you have no one to blame but your self or you can sue every committer that has worked on that application, but that would be a waste of time. Sure we have used many open source software that we just don’t notice (i.e. firefox), but still on a large scale this country has not progressed on the open source community
Here are some open source software so far being used by many of my kababayans
firefox
vlc media player
mysql
and that’s it….
